Annie joined the Operations Team in November 2022. She plays a crucial role in ensuring Oho meets its business goals through perfecting and reviewing business processes and best practices. She is also responsible for rolling out any of these changes to the business smoothly. Annie helps with rolling out the L&D program and champions the culture pillar.
Prior to joining the Oho Group, she worked in Credit Control at a university and before that studied English Literature at the University of Birmingham. In her spare time you can find her playing hockey, or running round Battersea Park.
