Technical Team Lead - Frontend Software Engineering

They’re looking for an experienced Frontend Technical Team Lead to take on the following responsibilities within their product development function:
- Lead and support a team of three front-end engineers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Stay hands-on with development, contributing directly to coding and technical decisions
- Take full responsibility for all front-end development technology choices
- Ensure the team’s alignment with best practices and strategic goals
Requirements:
- Proven strong software development background, ideally with a focus on front-end development (React)
- Exposure to data visualisation libraries (Chart.js, D3.js)
- Leadership experience, advocating for best practices in front-end engineering
- Cloud platform experience
- Experience supporting and coaching software engineers
