What You'll Do:
- Lead hands-on development, writing high-quality code and solving complex technical problems.
- Help define and drive technical direction for projects.
- Work closely with a small team to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- As the team scales, take on more leadership and people management responsibilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and technical alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in hands-on software development (preferably with C#, but we look at any OOP languages).
- Leadership potential with a passion for mentoring and guiding developers.
- Ability to adapt quickly as the team scales from a small group to a larger one.
- Solid problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
