Florin has been recruiting for the past 9 years, starting in agency, then moving into an internal Talent Manager role. This is where he met Roger (our CEO) and worked closely with him, partnering with candidates across tech stacks, typically within Python or Cloud.
Florin has joined Oho to work in the Python and Cloud sector, where he can further develop our client base across the UK and Europe.
Outside of work, Florin has a young family, loves football and enjoys trying out new food spots.
