Having founded the Oho Group in 2007 I have enjoyed working with the greatest tech innovators in UK, US and the EU.
We have been proud to helped grow organisations like Ocado, Autonomy/HP, Deepmind, ARM, Amazon and Samsung and too many start-ups to name. I am proud to have worked with some of the brightest minds from around the world finding them the most unique and cutting edge positions in the UK and US.
A big motivation for me is to have a high performing and diverse culture where the office environment builds a sustainable and enjoyable working environment where high achievers can really thrive.
I have kindly been voted twice as one of the most inspirational leaders in the recruitment industry at the Recruitment Awards.
On a more personal note, I enjoy spending time with my young family with 2 young children and I have founded 2 charitable endeavours:
